Summary....Central Oklahoma saw quite a bit of cloud cover in November 2003, with many days during the first half of the month where we didn't see the sun at all. These clouds dropped little in the way of rain however, with well under an inch falling here in Norman during the month. The biggest weather highlight of the month was a sharp cold frontal passage early on the 23rd, with the temperature dropping from 70F to 43F in one hour.
Turlock CA continued to have a slow start to the rainy season following the Awesome August. A total of .82 inch of rain fell there during Nov 2003, bringing the total rainfall for the season to 1.21 inches.
