Summary....October 2003 brought mostly quiet, tranquil weather to central Oklahoma, with little in the way of precipitation, strong wind, high humidity, or cold weather. The last two weeks of the months saw relatively little in the way of clouds or haze, and no rain fell at all during the final 18 days of the month. A vivid display of Aurora Borealis was visible throughout the state early on the 29th - I did not get to witness this however.
Turlock CA also saw its share of warm, dry weather throughout the month, with all .06 inch of the month's rainfall occurring on the final day of the month. The 2003-04 season rainfall for Turlock stood at .39 inch at the end of the month.
